Our firm is providing full architectural services for this mixed-use development straddling the northern and southern parcels on the highly visible U.S. Highway 90/Beach Boulevard in Biloxi. The development will contain an 848-key condotel, and/or condominiums, a 820-key hotel, a 40,000-60,000 SF gaming floor, a parking garage, meeting/conference spaces, entertainment venue, retail, 3 restaurants and pedestrian-friendly landscaping.

The architectural character of the property will resemble the beachfront art deco architecture of the 1930s and 1940s. Neon accents, water walls, up-lighting and signage help rotundas form a gateway for this mixed-use entertainment district.
