Point Cadet Master Plan

A new 78,400 SF aquarium facility built next to the J.L. Scott Marine Education Center and Aquarium has been identified as the focus for the future development of the Point Cadet site. The master plan combines the various existing open space on the site into one main area at the point. The main outdoor public space is a terraced, grassy amphitheater:
